Common Uses

Mankua Oil has antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial properties. It is a valued addition to skin care products, as it moisturizes, protects and soothes the skin. Manuka oil is a powerful ingredient in wound care products. It is great in products aimed at problem and inflamed skin, and helps fight infection while reducing inflammation. Manuka oil has been used for centuries, to help ease muscular aches and pains, also making it useful in massage oils and products aimed at relieving muscle pain. Manuka oil has also been used to help ease respiratory issues. Its antifungal and antibacterial properties are useful in products aimed at fungal infections. It blends well with citrus and floral scents and can make for an effective and unique addition to home cleanser recipes. Manuka oil is relaxing and grounding. Also used in soaps and bath products, hair care, foot care and body care products.
